Welcome to Hayaku!

By using our Services, you agree to these terms. Read carefully.

Our services vary widely, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms are available on the relevant Services, and those additional terms form part of your agreement with us if you use the Services.

Using our Service

You must comply with any policies available to you within the Service.

Do not abuse our Service. For example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using methods other than the interface and instructions we provide. You may use our Services only where permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies, or if we discover inappropriate behavior.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you have the permission of the owner or are permitted by law. These Terms do not grant you the right to use any marks or logos used in our Services. Do not remove, obscure, or modify any legal notices displayed or included on our Services.

Our service displays some content that does not belong to Hayaku. Such content is entirely the responsibility of the entity that provides it. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we believe violates the law or our policies. But that doesn’t mean we’ve reviewed the content, so please don’t assume that we have.

In connection with your use of the Service, we may send you service notifications, administrative messages and other information. You can opt out of some of these communications.

Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use the Service in a way that can distract and prevent you from complying with traffic or security laws.
